Celebrating Leadership Growth: Poh Heng Jewellery Leadership Development Programme (LDP) Graduation

The graduation ceremony for the Poh Heng Leadership Development Programme (LDP) was a momentous occasion, celebrating the growth and achievements of our newly equipped leaders. We were proud to partner with Poh Heng to support this transformative programme, designed to empower participants with essential leadership skills and a mindset for continuous improvement.

The Leadership Development Journey

The Poh Heng LDP provided a comprehensive learning experience, covering a range of leadership competencies vital for the modern workplace. Through various modules, participants gained insights into conflict resolution, effective communication, change management, and people development. Each course was carefully designed to ensure that learners gained both practical skills and a deeper understanding of what it means to lead with purpose and empathy.

  • WSQ Conflict Management: Learners enhanced their conflict resolution skills by defining team roles and responsibilities, applying effective strategies, evaluating outcomes, and ensuring transparent documentation for aligned communication.
  • WSQ People Change Management: Learners explored change management’s legal and ethical considerations, applied organisational policies, and encouraged a culture of learning and growth. They distinguished between risks, applied change principles, and supported teams empathetically through transitions, using feedback to improve processes.
  • WSQ Design Thinking Starts with Me: Learners left with a solid understanding of Design Thinking’s five stages, enabling them to define problem statements, generate creative solutions, assess feasibility, and foster a culture of innovation through prototyping.
