Eligibility Criteria
- The current SFEC provides employers with a $10,000 credit to offset up to 90% of training course costs, encouraging workforce development and business transformation.
- Originally set to end in June 2025, it has been extended until the new SFEC is launched to give companies more time to use their credits and plan training.
- The redesigned SFEC will start on 1 December 2026, and the current scheme will end on 30 November 2026.
- To qualify under the current SFEC, course runs must be completed by 30 November 2026 (subject to approval).
- Any unused credits will expire once the new scheme begins on 1 December 2026.

Eligible employers* can tap on the one-off $10,000 credit to cover up to 90% of out-of-pocket expenses for training courses that are aligned to the Skills Framework and funded by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).

EnterpriseSG will notify all newly eligible employers for SFEC via email sent to their registered CorpPass Administrators in April 2022. Employers who qualified will be able to see the $10,000 credit, when they log in to the Business Grants Portal (BGP) and SkillsFuture Singapore’s SFEC microsite in April 2022.
Newly qualified employers under the SFEC Expansion may use their SFEC on supportable schemes applied from 1 April 2022 or training courses that commences from 1 April 2022.
CLAIM PROCESS
Submission: Enterprise submits the SFEC claim via the Enterprise Portal for Jobs & Skills (EPJS)
- Endorsement: Training Provider endorses enterprise’s SFEC claim via the Training Partners Gateway (TPGateway)
- Approval: SSG reviews and approves or rejects the SFEC
- Claim Disbursement: Enterprise receives approved SFEC claim
- Disbursement via PayNow
Note:
If you have sent your foreign employees for SFEC-eligible course(s), you will have to submit your claims via the system manually.
If you have sent your Singaporean/Permanent Resident employee for training, our courses are automatically processed.
