Can James Cook Institute conduct training in-house, and what is the minimum number of participants?
Yes, we are able to conduct the training as an in-house programme where all learners are from your organisation. Training will be conducted face-to-face (classroom) at your office premises (training room). The training schedule and date can be aligned with your staff’s availability.
If your company can provide the space and logistics, we can facilitate the training on-site. The minimum number of participants for in-house training varies depending on the course, so please contact us for specific details at [email protected]
Can the training programmes be tailored to our specific needs?
Yes, our training programmes can be fully customised to align with your organisation’s goals and requirements. We offer flexible training solutions to meet the unique needs of different industries and business sizes.
What are the subsidies available?
- Absentee Payroll (AP) Funding is a grant to help employers defray the manpower costs incurred when they send their employees for certifiable skills training. AP is funded based on the actual number of hours attended by the trainee.
- SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit – Eligible employers can receive a one-off $10,000 SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) to cover up to 90% of out-of-pocket expenses on qualifying costs for supportable initiatives, over and above the support levels of existing schemes.
