Course Overview

This course equips Human Resource (HR) professionals and managers with the knowledge and practical guidance to implement Flexi-Work Arrangements (FWAs) in their organizations, in compliance with Singaporean labour laws and best practices.

By the end of this course, learners will be able to:

  • Apply suitable Legal Framework(s) for Flexi-Work Arrangement (FWA)
  • Construct objectives for the Flexi-Work Arrangement (FWA) that are aligned with organisational HR policies
  • Utilise research to incorporate Flexi-Work Arrangement (FWA) into HR policies
  • Develop Flexi-Work Arrangement (FWA) policy
  • Implement methods to communicate the Flexi-Work Arrangement Policy throughout the organization

Who is this course is for

Human Resource (HR) professionals and managers, and business owners.

Academic prerequisites

  • Learners must be able to read, write, speak and listen to English at secondary school level.
  • Learner should have at least 1 year’s working experience in any industry
  • Learners must be able to operate a personal computer, use keyboard and mouse.

  • SME: Company registered or incorporated in Singapore AND employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million
  • Non-SME (MCES): Employee is Singaporean aged 40 years and above

 

Course Fee Funding:
SME: 70% of course fee
Non-SME: 50% of course fee
Non-SME(MCES): 70% of course fee

Capped at $4.50 per hour per trainee and a maximum of $100,000 per enterprise per calendar year
