COURSE OVERVIEW

The new trend in conflict management focuses on maintaining or enhancing relationships while resolving conflicts. This course, designed on that premise, aims to help supervisors work together by identifying each member’s roles and responsibilities, encouraging effective conflict strategies, assessing the effectiveness of conflict management, and documenting conflict management details for all involved parties
