Course Overview

This course equips learners with applied knowledge of Blockchain technology and digital assets through real-world business use cases. Participants will learn to evaluate Blockchain applications, identify systemic faults, and utilise digital wallets and tokens to solve business problems. The program also emphasises responsible implementation through risk management and industry best practices.

By the end of this course, learners will be able to:

Identify the integrated tools, plans, and approaches concerning Blockchain and digital assets.
Assess Blockchain's performance to identify areas for improvement and change.
Analyse real-world Blockchain business use cases to identify business-level gaps, risks, and process limitations, and present findings using structured reporting formats
Develop high-level workflow representations to illustrate how Blockchain technologies may be applied within a business context, based on given scenarios or examples.
Develop solutions to solve business issue related to the new technology, such as digital wallets, tokens and transactions.
Measure effectiveness of new technologies for performance metrics.
Evaluate the process parameters for the business logic.
Implement the best practices for Blockchain, and their risk management for business requirements.

Academic prerequisites

Able to read, write, speak and listen to basic English at GCE 'O' level
Able to operate a computer, keyboard and mouse, and familiar with Windows 11 apps and environment
Able to familiar with basic prompting and Generative AI, such as ChatGPT or Gemini
