Course Overview

This course is designed for professionals across a wide range of industries who want to learn systems thinking and its application to complex cause-and-effect relationships of systems and processes across the organisation. Who is this course is for

Academic prerequisites

Participant must have at least an upper secondary level education, or
Proficiency in English at WSQ WPL Level 5 (reading, writing, speaking, and listening), and
Proficiency in number manipulation at WSQ WPN Level 5, and
Competence in using a computer, including a keyboard and mouse, and internet.

$4.50 per training hour capped at $100,000 per enterprise per calendar year
